Permit Engineering Services, Inc. (PES) is a structural engineering firm founded in 1994 by its president Mr. Albert Kwan, to meet the growing demand for professional engineering design in south Florida.
Located in West Palm Beach Florida, the company has rapidly expanded its operations; we are now licensed in Florida, Texas and Alabama. At PES we engineer structures utilizing tilt-up concrete walls, pre-cast modular structures, precast floors and roofs, precast insulated walls, masonry, light gage steel, structural steel and wood.
PES has also tackled a variety of residential and commercial projects, from single family homes to large shopping malls, office, medical and government buildings. We have also designed many community projects including numerous schools systems throughout Florida.
